To be successful you must be able to:

• Execute metallurgy tasks as directed by the Technical Superintendent, in line with the weekly schedule, that may include sampling, float tests and surveys.
  
• Execute laboratory tasks as directed by the Technical Superintendent, as requirements arise, that may include sample preparation and control, and reverse osmosis plant monitoring and control.
  
• Support the Technical Superintendent in the development and implementation of assigned continuous improvement projects, including the development and review of operating procedures.

Must be able to pass a Police Clearance, medical and drug screen
